But when a question appears months later, it becomes unclear where that approval is stored and how it connects to the shipment. Searching inboxes across several team members is inefficient and risky. This is especially challenging when artworks move between storage, customs, and installation. I feel there must be a better way to keep approvals tied to the actual movement record.
